The reason for 4 stars is for phone calls... was hoping for a better quality Mic and my ears feel plugged when I'm speaking, so it's not the best for calls

I had it for 3 weeks and the Noise cancellation setting broke, and the head phones would not work at all on that setting, and even before it broke the Noise Cancelling feature was poor quality, I could still hear even minor noises in the room.
