The software is not working for me

The software is fine, when it works, but the customer service is so bad it is incomprehensible

Downloaded software, filed for validation from Adobe, and they just never bothered to confirm my status as a student

So I love the software

The software itself is pretty slick

Software is VERY difficult to install
