My friend also broke some props after crashing the drone and told me AEE customer service is actually a local person who speaks good English and is knowledgeable about drones, I have called in to ask questions and indeed AEE’s customer service line is great

Spoke crystal clear english, extremely helpful, seemed to know the ins and outs of the drone and its functions, not just reading it off of a screen

It's a great drone as long g as you don't break it
