Nice stick!
-
When the stick is working properly, it will cycle through every color the LED supports
-
This stick is much better than the "Series 2" stick (seriously, Aeon Labs, your product naming is confusing and your site doesn't help)
-
Remote (stick in hand, away from computer) secure sync (door lock) does not work and is not documented, but if connected to your computer it works
-
The Series 2 stick would just show a solid blue LED, which is more in line with what you'd expect from your consumer electronics

but the Z-stick will pick up ONE of my switches - and then refuse to pick up the other
-
While the Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 works fine I had hoped that it would have greater range.
-
my old z-stick s2, easy to install and include/exclude even comes with a nice network tool on aeons website
-
Really awesome z-wave usb stick
-
I run Home Assistant on a Raspberry Pi (coming from Samsung's SmartThings) and this stick has been instrumental to my project
-
Years later, I decided to give Zwave ecosystem a second chance, purchased the Z-stick for testing, and this device worked right out of the box.
-
Great Z-Stick, works very well with Homeseer
-
The disco colors are stupid, but the stick works well with Raspberry Pi and Homeassitant
