Love this phone and headset for my work at home job!

The phone will no longer hang up by pushing the on and off button.

I cannot figure out how to listen to the messages and I need a more expensive phone

This phone has hung up on me while on a call twice now

I love this phone but the cushion for the ear piece falls off every time i use it and then it starts to hurt my ear without having the cushion on.

Works great as a regular phone but not as a IP phone no matter if you use the right adapter couldn’t connect to computer or to my lan port on my modem with adapter or to IP

I have not even had this phone 6 months and it has a loud noise and my customer can not hear anything I'm saying half the time it will not allow me to answer the phone I am now being put out of work until I get another phone this phone was a waste of my money and is just junk do not buy this phone spend a little more money and get a better quality phone

It's ok needs a better headset, the phone is very good and serves the purpose the headset just needs improvement 🙂

Phone is defective and doesn't always ring or receive calls.

Great qaulity phone, I use it for my work at home job as a CSR for a major high end department store chain, no need to look at any other brand or phone, you will like this one!
