After weeks of headaches of trying to find the right phone and headset for a work at home job, I found out that I either need to buy a phone with a built-in amplifier to work with the headsets or buy a headset and an external amplifier (which is too expensive because amplifier are at least $100).

This is a great headset for the price

The headset is very comfortable with a generously sized earpad which is an improvement over the T10 as well which I found too small to me comfortable for 10 hour shifts

The headset is comfortable to wear and the dial pad is easy to use

I love the phone, came on time but the headset is ugh so short my head is small but that’s for a baby head and uncomfortable

Hands free, dial pad and headset...everything I need.

I absolutely recommend this call center dialpad headset even if you don't want the cute white and pink one :).

My headset broke apart before I could even use the phone had to purchase a new one
