Upon inspection I found it had a vertical hairline crack at the base of the handle that was slowly seeping coffee, which dried and glued the whole thing to the glass shelf

I missed some hairline cracks in the wall by the base.

We were happy with the product but within a few weeks there were hairline cracks on our coffee maker

It cracked as I was placing the lid on with the "air tight seal" (which I might also add isn't air tight at all)

The coffee is good, but not as good as

You will need to remember to clean out the coffee grounds as soon as you can.

I wasn't concerned about grinds as they would settle to the bottom, but the thing was that it took forever to pour the water over the grinds.

Other than that its great I would totally suggest it

I would give 5 stars but I notice the seals allow some coffee to leak as I remove it from the fridge if I tip it a little

Heed the warnings, the smaller 1 L is more durable.. the 1.5 L didn't make it past first use
