AKG Y500 On Ear Foldable Wireless Bluetooth Headphones - Green (US Version)
Color:Green
Made to suit your style, the sleekly designed Y500 allows you to wirelessly stream your favorite songs, even when you’re in a crowd. Lose yourself in the music, without losing touch. And when you take your headphones off, the song pause...
Additionally, I really like the design, which allows the earphones to rotate against the band, making it quick and easy to put on and take off with minimum resistance from my gigantic head.
After opening the packaging I was holding a beautifully designed and very attractive pair of headphones
Everything from the packaging and construction - right down to the exact measurements to where and how they fit on your head - to the sound is truly well designed and beautiful

The first thing that struck me about these headphones is how good looking they are
There are many great features (on/off/pair, call-connection, fade music in and out, stop music when earphones are taken off, volume control, pause/play, ambient sound, cushion over ears/comfort, great-looking, well-made, ease-of-use).I do need to make sure to place all of my earphones just right on my head to avoid having them slip off.
The headphones have a fantastic sleek blue matte chrome look and they fold up rather compactly before sliding into the pouch provided
These look great, and quite professional-looking in my opinion.

Only one minor improvement I can see and that would be to use a rougher surface under the top pad on the headset mounting band to make it less likely to slip around on your head
These are really light and the padding for the on-ear cups is superb
The headband has just enough padding to maintain the slick look overall and keep your head from hurting while wearing these for long periods of time
My only caveat is that design presses on the ears -- albeit with really nice padding -- in such a way that comfort can start to wane (including because of increased ear temperature).
Unquestionably, I would have preferred active noise cancellation as a
and these fold flat for easy storage in the included pouch
In addition, the headset comes with a nice storage and travel bag and another cable, a short output cable to a speaker or other input should you choose to use it
They fold up nicely, and come with a lovely storage bag to put in your bag or just to keep them neat and clean
Unquestionably, I would have preferred active noise cancellation as a
I would categorize them as balanced across the frequency range, smooth and sweet sounding, commendable as they handle treble and pleasurable in the area of bass response.
The simultaneous linking to two devices works well, to the point you might find yourself trying to answer a phone call when you're actually listening to another host device...or that could just be stupid me (there is a built-in mic that requires some sequence of button pushes on both earcups
I have the option to sync to my light weight portable devices as well as my laptop
There are a bunch of little things that make me really love this device

I also wouldn't trust the other review regarding the bass.

But lows are kind of flat, without oomph -- there's just not enough bass for a pair of $150 headphones
I would categorize them as balanced across the frequency range, smooth and sweet sounding, commendable as they handle treble and pleasurable in the area of bass response.
The music does not sound compressed, like on many noise-cancelling phones, nor is the high end truncated like with most boosted bass phones.
That there is a cord included for non-bluetooth wear is a helpful feature, as is the convenient pouch to store the headphones, instructions and wires all in one place
That being said, one nice feature of these headphones is that a stereo aux cord is included so that you can, if you wish, use these headphones as a wired set--say, if you're listening to an iPod or off a laptop and not able to or wanting to mess with a Bluetooth connection.6.)
Another nice feature are the embossed numbers and lines on the stainless spring in the headstrap which makes it easy to set the ear muffs to your desired physical place

Another unusual feature (at least to me) is a button for ambient sound: you press this button and a
