The Alcatel idol can handle up to 512 g of extra memory while the Moto G5plus can handle 128 GB micro sd card

Moto G5 plus has it but the Alcatel Idol does not

Some thoughts about the Alcatel Idol 5s, which I've had for a few days

The camera on the Alcatel Idol is a nice one but no extra bells and whistles12 MP l pixel rear camera with dual-tone flash and 8 MP front camera with flash

BOTH the Moto G5plus and the Alcatel Idol use the exact same method ( one that I am not in favor of by the way)

I am really pleased w the Alcatel Idol 5 S and cannot see a negatives other than the glass back

After many reviews and visits to multiple forums, I saddled down and purchased the alcatel idol 5s amazon prime version.

and I kind of miss listening to podcasts and music with headphones.
