The phone itself has done a great job, but I'll be returning this one and getting the non Amazon branded version

The top speaker does a nice job of handling voices, being loud and clear

With speakerphone on, the bottom speaker takes over and also does a nice job

5S is on point with crisp pictures both front and rear and will get the job done well

For now I have sent the phone in to Alcatel's US repair center and trust they will do a good job at a reasonable price.
