The phone stops working for no reason whatsoever, what happens is the screen suddenly never turns on and stays that way until you format the phone (force shutting down just makes the screen get stuck in sleep mode the next time you press the power button), but if you format then it just happens again the next day, I've tried leaving it unencrypted, deleting all downloaded apps, not disabling any of the pre-installed Google apps, nothing has worked, I hate to say

Started with a tiny little crack at the top and then, one day, when taken out of the bag, there was a huge crack going through the entire screen area

decent phone only complaint is the battery needs charging all the time i have to charge mine between every night or at best every other day other wise great

Only the internal memory can be used so you are limited as to what apps you can download due to internal memory only
