Alera ALEEL41ME10B Elusion Series Mesh High-Back Multifunction Chair, Black

    • All the adjustments are great for setting to your needs
    • The size, for me, is perfect and the amount of adjustments available is excellent
    • I had previously tried the Alera Elusion Mid-Back, and since it lacked the various adjustments, and had a lower back rest, it just didn't do it for me, especially for such a marginal price difference
    • I really like the up and down adjustments for using my keyboard and trackball all day at work.-Tip on putting the back stem into the seat
    • We got two of these for our home office and they are extremely comfortable - multiple adjustments are available for a best fit!
    • Its heavy (a plus in chairs from my experience), has outstanding adjustment options, and the materials so far seem pretty good
    • The fine:Comfy foam seathigh back restlocking seat & back lean adjustment (in any position)The bad:1
    • I wanted a chair with easy adjustments for the seat and back separately and that didn't cost $500 - this one does it all and for a great price.
    • Great chair, very sturdy and has great adjustment options.
    • It is well made, went together pretty easily and after some adjustment is extremely comfortable
    • The arm rest width is "adjustable", but at the widest option is almost touching the seat, and at the narrowest would be squeezing the seat significantly.3) Ratcheting back adjustment is unusable for
    • I have long arms and legs so finding a chair that has good height adjustments for the seat and arm rests was important
    • the chair seat seems to be horizontally tilted to the right for some reason, and I'm not sure how to make it perfectly level.- the metal of the right arm was bent during shipping, so adjustment has been limited
    • The seat is comfortable and the numerous adjustments make it very easy to customize to provide proper back and ergonomic support
    • Pros: Numerous adjustments, easy to put together, comfortable and heavy
    • All adjustments are exceptionally easy to make
    • Nice chair -- many adjustments available but few used once you set it up.
    • Comfortable but almost too many adjustments.
    • There are enough adjustment arms to get the positioning of the chair just right for you
    • Did a fair about of research looking for an affordable chair with sufficient seat adjustments that would make a difference.
    • The lever in the front that keeps the chair from moving all the way forward (like you will fall out) felt like it was breaking as it sometimes didn't hold
    • Does not lean back as much as you would expect
    • not exceptionally so-arm rests are fine for me, though I understand why many other people have complaints-some things are not made clear in the instructions and in order to make sure you are doing it properly you have to scrutinize the pictures as a previous poster mentioned-there was a small piece of plastic broken off the seat bottom but is not structurally significant so w/e-the back post cover seems extraneous and has two plastic arms that click into place, only problem with this position is it doesn't enable you to use the screws it comes with to fasten it on to the chair-adjustable levers allow for tons of customization-the tilt function screw is EXTREMELY hard to adjust
