It is very comfortable which is perfect for sitting for long periods of time.-The high mesh back can be adjusted to fit a range of torso heights and provides good lumbar support

This chair is rock solid in construction, stable on the base (I think it'd take some real effort to get this chair to tip over by accident), and has great lumbar support

Fourth, the lumbar support is fixed in the back of the chair, the the entire back can move up and down the spine of the chair on the Y-axis.

If you didn't do these two steps I can see where one can complain that it did not have good lumbar support, when it is really a matter of taking the time to adjust the chair properly.

I bought this chair to replace a perfectly good office chair because my previous chair had no lumbar support

There's also a knob on the side of the chair, if you pull the knob out then the seat will move in and out, which lets you lineup your seat with the lumbar support above

I can tilt the seat itself up to support my legs while lifting the lumbar support up to support my back

The lever in the front that keeps the chair from moving all the way forward (like you will fall out) felt like it was breaking as it sometimes didn't hold
