Alera ALEEL41ME10B Elusion Series Mesh High-Back Multifunction Chair, Black

    • The screws that attach the armrests come loose, but you can just re-tighten occassionally or dab some threadlock on them.
    • I have not been able to assemble the chair because a screw provided to secure the back rest does not fit
    • Item arrived with several missing screws and pieces making it impossible to assemble
    • If the seat pan gets more annoying I am going to sink two machine screws to stabilize the thing completely (thus giving up that adjustability that I don't need anyway).
    • The chair I received had serious manufacturing issues: Wrong sized bolts, wrong sized holes, wrong screws, no threaded receptacle for where the back assembly attaches to the seat assembly. .
    • I don't know if the hole was drilled too small or if the screw is bad
    • not exceptionally so-arm rests are fine for me, though I understand why many other people have complaints-some things are not made clear in the instructions and in order to make sure you are doing it properly you have to scrutinize the pictures as a previous poster mentioned-there was a small piece of plastic broken off the seat bottom but is not structurally significant so w/e-the back post cover seems extraneous and has two plastic arms that click into place, only problem with this position is it doesn't enable you to use the screws it comes with to fasten it on to the chair-adjustable levers allow for tons of customization-the tilt function screw is EXTREMELY hard to adjust
