Chair is excellent value, lots of adjustments for the price

-/Overall, I think this chair is great value for money, compares very favourably to the Aeron which I think is the best one currently on the market and would highly recommend this.

Did a fair amount of research and found this one to offer the best value for the features that I wanted

Not saying Aeron is bad but for the price, level of comfort and its adjustment options this chair produces better value

Chair is a decent value considering the price... we spend 7-8 hours a day sitting in these chairs and they are alright

I chose the Alera Elusion High Back as my computer chair as it seemed to be the best value chair available

The lever in the front that keeps the chair from moving all the way forward (like you will fall out) felt like it was breaking as it sometimes didn't hold

Does not lean back as much as you would expect

not exceptionally so-arm rests are fine for me, though I understand why many other people have complaints-some things are not made clear in the instructions and in order to make sure you are doing it properly you have to scrutinize the pictures as a previous poster mentioned-there was a small piece of plastic broken off the seat bottom but is not structurally significant so w/e-the back post cover seems extraneous and has two plastic arms that click into place, only problem with this position is it doesn't enable you to use the screws it comes with to fasten it on to the chair-adjustable levers allow for tons of customization-the tilt function screw is EXTREMELY hard to adjust
