For me, it was easier to take the bolts to the garage and grind 3/16" off of each bolt than to box up the entire chair up and return it.

The bolts that connect the arm rests are very difficult to attach.

Chair's base is chrome; not the best quality (it has that bluish cast like cheap bolts); but good enough for long life
