For the amount of content you are getting and the TLC that the developers put into their Wonderland, Alice: Madness Returns is definitely worth its asking price

Anyone who loves Alice and needs a different viewpoint on the series should not hesitate to pick up this game.

The fairly-cool "jump-float" maneuver that Alice has is so sensitive that unless you execute it flawlessly, 50% of the time (for me) it doesn't work

Levels are too long and should have been cut in half while adding more variety, no bosses, ho-hum music, the original Alice that is included is sadly nearly unplayable without a keyboard and mouse, the DLC dresses could have easily have been unlockables, mediocre replayabilityIt's a good buy or a great rental as you could probably finish it in a week or so.

Bought this game like 2 weeks after it came out on sale at Kmart and my girlfriend who is picky with games but LOVES anything Alice couldn't resist playing this game.

If you enjoyed American McGee's Alice back in the day, this sequel will not disappoint.

The mechanical rabbit is often used to hold down switches or sliding platforms (the rabbit only lasts about 15 seconds), allowing Alice to quickly travel to the next location before it explodes

Odd glitches - this is just a nitpick, but there were some odd things going on every once in awhile, like Alice's hair jumping during a cutscene

When expired, Alice's form morphs into a cluster of butterflies flying away.

However, despite all this and things being almost a little too intuitive I still thoroughly enjoyed Alice: Madness Returns.

Thankfully, these weapons do lend themselves to creativity as well: for example, a timed explosive Alice can drop on the map can also be used to distract opponents, and Alice has the ability to occasionally deflect an incoming attack and bounce it back at the enemy.

lol, I bought the Voodoo3 3dfx PCI 16MB with a month's long salary, lol!I loved that game, as the story was really new to the time, since the fact that Alice was mad and was fighting her way in Wonderland in order to get cured was really good
