Allen & Heath ZED-10FX Four Mono Mic/Lines with 2 Active D.I., 3 Stereo Line Inputs and Onboard Effects

    • The gradual and fluid change in the levels as you turn the knobs is far superior to what I'm used to with Mackie
    • Very sturdy, metal top, knobs are very smooth
    • The build quality is very good, the knobs are responsive and smooth in the transitions
    • The knobs are a bit cramped, but I found my mix so that may be a good thing because I won't change them often.
    • but they are built pretty well also with smooth knobs
    • All in all when I consider the price, the build quality, the pre-amp, the smooth-turning knobs, the responsive EQ and most importantly how good it sounds with everything from cheap Shure SM-57's micing guitar amps to vocal condenser mics to DI acoustic and electric guitars - this amp is definitely worth the price
