if you are in a low lying area and height is an issue to get signal over a nearby hill you will want a longer cable and a way to elevate outside antenna

That saved time in locating the best line of sight to the tower (the app has signal strength bars that change as you move the phone around)

If you buy this unit (You should!), take you time, find the best signal path for the antenna, and try to keep the amplifier and antenna as far away as possible from each other and you will have a great signal amplifier!Update: Been using this unit for 2 weeks now that I installed it to get the best signal and last night was consistently getting 4 bars inside on my phone
