In short this one took me from 1 bar to 4 on my phone which really surprised me .Fairly easy to set up and instructions are easy to follow .Had a minor incident with indoor antenna and contacted the seller and was impressed with a response from them within the hourIn addition they did a followup to insure I was satisfied with my inquiry

Haven't used tech support as the instructions are pretty clear
