Amazon put together an affordable Yoga Mat that is super comfy, ultra durable (doesn't flake easily!), and it won't have you slipping all over the place when you're reallygoing hard and need some traction!

But in terms of usage, it does the trick for my stretches, HIIT workouts as well as yoga.

Not good for any HIIT routine or intense yoga, in my opinion
