I think the two foot one is the best size cause you can really lay out and roll your back on it easier than the smaller ones

Today when rolling out my back the product disintegrated and broke in the center.

I love its length and I can lay down on it to roll my back.

This is a good mid-size roller - big enough to work out tight muscles but convenient to store

i have been using it almos daily for smoothing out muscle cramps

If you are wondering ho high density this is, imagine slightly harder/denser packing styrofoam.
