Top/lid was loose, not on tight...causing liquid to leak into shipping box.

The manufacturer needs to invest in sturdier lids.

Lid was Broken on arrival and they had shipped it with a tape covering the broken lid.

The hand sanitizer is great and the price is good but it took so long to get here and the shippers need to protect the plastic lids better....when I got it the lid edges were cracked off and there was leakage despite the single tape across the top of the lid

The way they were packaged for shipping crushed the lids and broke two of them and indented the bottom of one so much it won’t stand up.

The lid is loose and secured with adhesive tape only

"One" piece of tape across the top/lid, nothing else to prevent from leaking.
