If Amazon cannot produce a wired adapter capable of better than 18mbps, then they should not produce one at all.

You have to have it wired to your router, unable to use multiple ones (ie:more than one firestick) Even with them plugged in, the signal does not seem to improve

Not much to say it plugs right in and certainly provides faster connections via Ethernet even though the new FireTV/Sticks use 5.4 ghz WiFi.. wired is always faster just not as convenient for some.
