i was surprised at the quality of consistent toasting and the ease of use

Cheaply made, won't pop up, have to dig it out with knife, burns toast always, down on 1 and still burns it, won't pop up can't hit button to make it pop up

This one toasts just fine, and doesn't have a bunch of useless bells or whistles.

, the toast doesn't pop up when it's done and bread leans against the side of the hole so if the toast does come up on it's own (slowly like 10 seconds after the toast is done), it gets stuck

and we get the same lightly toasted slice just like the first day

This is undoubtedly the cheapest and most useless toaster I have ever owned - really lacks quality, toasts unevenly - absolute junk -

where I think it willtoast about right; find it's too light so lowers bread again and it burns or is about to burn the toast.
