You just set the controller on the stands cradle and it charges (LED light, Red=charging, Green=charged)

But only one Con is the charging light too bright and cannot turn off

Second:The LED status light on this thing feels like someone is shooting a laser beam into my eye

One small problem as other reviewer’s have mentioned the LED light is way too bright.

There's a green LED light to let you know when the battery is charged
