The bass is solid and the midrange and tweeters are clear

Mediocre sound, little bass, and probably not worth your time unless you just need something for listening to Youtube videos or instructional videos

There's enough bass repsonse, but not too much to distort the sound at high volume.

Spend your money either on a pair of Bose computer speakers or the Logitech speakers with subwoofer, which are a great deal and produce good volume and bass.
