The included wallbrick with my iphone was dead slow charging but with this one I can charge my phone 3X faster

Connected to just plain USB (not Quickcharge, USB PD, or other fast charging protocol) most phones will only draw 1.5A to 2A.Over the years I've collected a number of tools for testing USB power devices

Though this does heat up a little if you have four devices being charged all at once, it's not enough to where it could burn anyone or anything that comes into contact with this charger, and there's never been a smell of burning or melting plastic or wires (you may have experienced this with super cheap, off-brand, non-certified charging cables and blocks - lesson learned

My problem with some other chargers has been that the charge is too powerful for the camera--the light on the camera blinks very fast and the battery gets overcharged and won't work until it drains a bit
