useless.the metal hangers also don't slide out, so I couldn't even make 5 good folders out of these 10.

The "hooks" or whatever they're called, that ride on the rails, are extremely shallow, such that if you aren't extremely careful when you move any of the folders, one end of several folders is likely to come off the rails, which in the case of using a file cart without a bottom, causes all the folders to fall to the ground, spilling and scrambling their contents.

I could easily find any document as long as I put it in the right folder.
