In my case I am giving it fewer stars since it didn't support the Sony 55 Bravia directly

I gave it a 3 star because I’m missing a set of bolts and nuts and 4 washers (see image).

Loses a star because it’s incredibly difficult to move the tv in and out and make movement adjustments.
