The tv stand works as designed but the bolts supplied to connect the base plate to the tv were 38

The spacers were good but the design recommends using the spacer with the washer and as before the washer would not work with the included screws.

Downward tilt is held in place by 2 bolts and have to be very tight to hold, this part could be a bit better designed.

I want to point out that this is a well designed and sturdy bracket, a modern TV is much lighter than expected, but I have no doubts this bracket will hold the rated weight with the expected safety margin

It's designed for up to 40 lbs and from the length of the 4 lag bolts supplied, it'll easily support 40 lbs.

But thats partly because of the bulky design of my tvs plug.
