I would have left this under the "service" reviews, but unlike products, they limit reviewers to those who have had successful installs, which mine never arrived (pretty clear how that 5-star rating for tv-mounting services exists)

You can adjust the level of the TV slightly by twisting, but a plumb installation of the wall bracket will guarantee the best level installation, so take your time and make sure the wall arm is good and plumb for the best install
