I use it with a wireless keyboard/mouse combo when working from home, and the height it just right for me in a seated position (I'm 5'10")

The construction of both brands appears to be quite sturdy; I just don't think 6 inches is nearly enough lift to meet an average adult's eye level if your keyboard is at the appropriate height for your shoulders to be relaxed and wrists to be parallel.

The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it is a set height unable to adjust and there have been times I wanted to adjust it.
