My only complaint is the shoulder strap

My only problem is the shoulder strap and the sound it makes from the plastic at the connectors to the bag

Plastic anchor loops for the crappy plastic and maxi-pad shoulder strap: These are sewn-in

A shoulder strap is so weak that it is already torn.

The shoulder strap is reasonably comfortable with lighter weight equipment but may need more cushioning if the weight exceeds 10 lbs.

The shoulder strap on this bag is very weak and can slide off the plastic link/clasp

I like the long shoulder strap too

Did come missing the Famous Squeeky hardware as the shoulder strap was missing

However, like some reviews have said, the shoulder strap makes an UNGODLY squeaking noise

After one month of use this shoulder strap is falling apart

Shoulder strap sucks though, but not a deal breaker for the cost of the bag

The plastic parts that connect the shoulder strap to the bag proper squeak so loudly when I walk that they could wake the dead

I will agree with other reviews that the shoulder strap isn't very comfortable but that can easily be switched out

Not made like pictured shoulder strap not included has pictired
