However, using this cable instead of the short, flimsy charging cable that Apple gave me decreased my charging time from 7 hours to 2, and that's almost a compete 0-100% charge

The cable started to frail with in 1 month time (of course I could not return it because it was passed the 30 day window), it still worked, but 2 weeks later, it stopped working all together

This is a well made cable not only is it longer than the original but it is made much stronger.
