I have gotten better quality cords at the dollar store

Cord become loose near where the cable connects to the lighting port

For all of my Apple devices, which is more than I can say for the cheap cords made in who knows where.

The cord is kind of stiff and one already broke at the charging point, exposing wires

after 20 days of use the cable disconnected from the lighting charger and got stuck in my phone. not sure if Amazon will replace this defective cord

It is an expensive cord, but I’ve bought others and they have lasted much longer in the same spot in my home.

The cord itself is really skinny and if I would have known that I wouldn’t have gotten it, they seem very cheaply made when they are skinny cords

Some companies make great electronic products but inexplicably cannot make a decent power cord (or headphone cords either, for that matter).

While my son wares out EVERY lightning cord, the Amazon Basics brand holds up just as well as the Apple Manufactured cord.

And that's saying something since I often abuse the cord by attaching to my phone and to a power bank and stuffing it into a case or my coat pocket while charging.

I only noticed moving my tablet last night, how hot the cord was.

The cord coating detached from the plug that inserts into the phone within 2 months and the charger no longer worked.
