It goes onto slick surfaces like plastic, tape, or even some smooth metal like half as dark as a sharpie

No where near as good as Sharpie.

These are great Sharpie clones that work well for office use

They are a good cheap alternative to the name brand, but Sharpie writes much cleaner and smoother on more surfaces.

Going to compare this Sharpie Fine Point Permanent marker

These permanent markers are as good as Sharpie in my opinion.

The Amazon private label brand version definitely rivals Sharpie in quality and comes in at a lower price point, so what's not to love?One thing I should point out, for some reason it seems to me as if the point on these is just a wee bit finer than the Sharpie fine point, so you won't get quite the same bold lines.
