I’d say the grip and design of the Papermate Profile barrel is more comfortable and aesthetically

This pen has a soft and comfortable grip, and there is a metal clip that makes it easy to store in one's pocket.

Also the grip is soft and comfortable for your fingers

These are amazing, they have a carbon fiber like rubbery feel to them all over giving you a good yet basic grip, and they come in blue or black ink

It's not a true soft-grip, but it has a better feel than the usual slippery plastic you get with bargain pens.
