It's a little disappointing that this is only for right handed consumers and there is no clear indication when the water is done boiling except for a click of the tab you press down.

I wish the plastic window was on the right side, that's when you measure if your right handed, when you're holding it in your left hand and filling it by operating the cold water tap with your right hand.

After almost two weeks with this product, the cap broke off and when I poured the water into the cup, the steam burnt my hand.

The big problem with this kettle is that it burns our hands when we accidentally touch outside when the water is hot
