I use this coffee to make cold brew

I like a medium strength to strong brew.

Was hoping for s finer grind and stronger brew.

So far, I have not had any issues with a bitter brew

I prefer it drip brewed, but it's also very good using your own non-disposable pod and brew on the Keurig or similar coffee maker

It is drinkable as cold brew with almond milk added, but we don't like it in French press

I think the Go for The Bold would work well for drinkers who seek a strong brew prepared with a french press, or possibly in the case of the whole bean variety where a finer grind setting could be achieved with a burr grinder, work very well for espressos

It also is satisfactory for making cold-brew if you like a milder flavor
