Normally, I grind my own beans right before brewing, and I go for bold, intense flavor (but not generally as dark as French roast.)

It's coffee, but the flavor isn't as great as folgers coffee to me

I prefer a more round flavor with less acidity which is why I most often drink a medium roast coffee.

However, thus far in my drip brewer, I haven't been able to achieve a very strong flavor.

I love that I can get the bold, robust flavor that is often found in Columbian coffee, but in a form that doesn't contain caffeine

Needless to say, this is more of a dark roast with the bitterness accompanying and less of a medium roast with a smooth and balanced flavor.

This AmazonFresh Arabica Colombian coffee is a bit on the "dark" and rich side and if you add a tablespoon or two more to the pot, it has a very strong flavor but it doesn't have that bitterness you sometimes get
