Great aroma, great flavor and very fresh beans

The beans grind nicely and offer significant aroma and flavor

It makes for a satisfying cup of coffee; especially in the mornings, when I want rich flavor and aroma but not to be smacked with intense bitterness or acidity

Beans have an acrid bitter aroma still in the bag

This doesn't have as great an aroma as I might like, but it is nice and earthy with a coffee flavor

My only (minor) complaint is that it is a little dark for a medium roast, but it has a rich flavor and aroma.

While I wouldn't necessarily consider it bland, it simply failed to satisfy as it is lighter bodied brew, including after the futile attempt to improve results by steeping with a french press
