To our surprise it makes a great cup of espresso

Ultimately this is not the super-premium-ultimate-locally-grown-organic-wonder-coffee that people rave about, but if you just want a good cup of coffee that benefits the growers, this is exactly what you are looking for in a Light Roast

It's lighter than the coffee I normally use, so I did increase the amount used per pot and that gives a bold, near-perfect cup of coffee.

I'm no coffee expert but my wife's expert coffee crafting yielded a "good" cup of coffee to my taste buds, certainly a step up from the generic stuff you get at the grocery store
