I really wanted to like this because it is supposed to be direct/fair trade, which is always a good thing, but it honestly didn't taste like much

This fair trade, organic Peruvian coffee is 100% Arabica beans and is so mellow and non-acidic that it can be sipped all day by folks like my husband, whose stomach is easily irritated by many coffees.

Overall not bad though if you like a smokey dark coffee with the bonus that it is fair trade and organic.

It smells as if it would be very flavorful however it is pretty average in terms of flavor.

If you prefer an in your face coffee flavor I would recommend trying the “Go for the Bold” dark roast.
