    • Using remote control of my system Amcrest tech support spotted the problem and corrected in in less than 10 minutes.
    • I had a little issue getting remote access (away from home) but tech support helped me through that very easily

    • Based on my experience of having all those bad cameras that either didn't work or with limited working features, coupled with enough emails back and forth to bog down my inbox, tech support and false promises made by this company.
