Based on my experience of having all those bad cameras that either didn't work or with limited working features, coupled with enough emails back and forth to bog down my inbox, tech support and false promises made by this company.

I have a similar model from Amcrest which is working very well and decided to purchase this one to compliment it since they can be paired up through the software

Amcrest support and Amanda set up the IP config and wireless default for this camera quickly and efficiently and the camera works perfectly

One person in particular did not like the camera (his worked) and sent it back to Amazon

As a security camera for my driveway and front yard, the camera has been working great for me

My biggest mistake was migrating to an AMCREST wireless solution - my wired system - although it was only 4 cameras worked well enough.

Picture is very clear - WiFi works just fine - no issues connecting.

The picture quality is incredible and the app's work great.

When these work, I like them.

Your software is crap but who cares because most serious folks are going to get real working software like Blue Iris that is excellent and gives you real security

product is very good, product support is ok, setup is hard to understand, and how record and playback work is not easy to understand on both the pc and the phone app.

I've got 2 other Amcrest cameras (different models) which are working just fine, so this is apparently just a quality control problem.

Got a Samsung camera and I had it setup and working perfect in 5 to 10 minutes, by myself

Night Vision, IP3M-943S works great through camcloud
