As other negative reviews have said, it doesn't handle small movements very well, so if you're trying to make a precision move or happen to stop the cursor just shy of your intended position, making that final millimeter tweak can be frustrating

well I called customer support and they said it could be from overheating and if that's the case then I'd need to send it in and get it looked at
