This is a good basic scanner

I had bought this inexpensive scanner back in February 2017

So I figured I wasted my money and bought a more expensive scanner (which lasted a year before it stopped working)

My truck check engine light came on and my scanner detected the problem,bought the part fix the truck and turn off the check engine light.

Also a good scanner to erase codes.

It would be good for the seller to let you know that for abs, airbag or any other codes, this scanner is no good.

At best, the scanner just had a glitch during the first usage.

Connected relatively quick to my BMW e46 and picked up the exact codes that popped up on a much more expensive OBD2 scanner.

This cold scanner for vehicles comes in real handy when your vehicle starts to break down

Hooked it up to my 07 Hyundai Santa Fe that did have codes and light on and it pulled up exactly what was wrong, I corrected the issue/s and used this unit to reset all codes, worked like a champ

the Check engine light A/C is now working

I would recommend this unit to any shade tree mechanic or DIYer as it gave quick precise information on stored codes and allowed the codes to be reset.
