It comes with a vent mount as well as the windshield mount

The mount is not defective t all, very well put together, I just wish it was a little more roomy for the phone to sit on

the holder and vent mount are awesome, the suction cup mount was impressive but I could not get the stand to stay attached to the dash even with the attachment plate and even only under it's own weight with no phone in the holder.

I am having better luck with this one, the mount has stayed stabilized on my dash board with good suction

We opted for the vent mount and it set up just right.

so the last few mounts I have purchased (vent mounts) have not been able to hold up

This mount is much nicer with padding on the sides and has an adjustable bottom peices for shorter phones.

I removed the old mount, cleaned up any residue with some alcohol, let it try overnight, put on the new mount, let it sit overnight again, and tested it out

I would highly recommend this mount and make sure you get it installed properly

So far its good and stable but if it's fully extended towards yourself depending on your phone weight, if it's some what heavy the mount might fall off if you're using the suction mount and hit a good bump or a pot hole

We had immense trouble putting the mount on the dashboard and finally gave up

The vent mount that came with this cradle did NOT work with the Galaxy 21 Ultra.

I drive a lowered vehicle so the ride is a little rough and even after the rough ride the mount has held up really well my phone stays in place and the mount is secure.

Initially i tried the adhesive disk in the package to try and secure the mount, but it did not stay with the changing hot and cold temperatures on my dashboard
