Tip, don't use the vent attachment as it will break your vent spring in addition to not hold the phone.

My last phone mount was great until the spring holding the suction mount broke.

Only issue I have is that the side latches are starting to act as if they're loosing their spring to open, with only having it for two weeks

I installed as instructed and depending if its too cold or too hot (I live in florida), then the suction or adhesion doesn't work.
